In 1991 Alexander Sagaydakov established the company "Mayim" with the aim to build sailing and motor yachts steel and aluminum. Almost immediately the company received the first contract for the construction of 6 motor yachts on the original design in aluminum for Customers from Yugoslavia
By 1994, was built up the series of 6 sailing yachts with a steel hull according the project "Antares 49". Design and execution were very successful. Each boat has its own interesting history, but in all the difficult situations these boats revealed their best qualities. In 1994, the first yacht was launched, and then every six months - the others
In 1997 it was built two-masted sailing yacht "Tamara" 17 meters long
In 1998 Alexander Sagaydakov was proposed to build up and head the state enterprise "Nikolaev state center of small tonnage shipbuilding", later known as the "low-tonnage Nikolaev Shipyard". And at the same time, for the first time in Ukraine the first steel motor yachts were designed and constructed (draft "Rest 163"). The Yachts remind Dutch projects and have an excellent seaworthiness. The production batch of six yachts was successfully completed again.
In 2002, for the first time on the territory of CIS was built the first high-speed motor yacht with the length of 19 meters from aluminum alloy(Project "Best 19").
In 2003 was designed and built the steel motor yacht "Mriya" 24 meters in length.
In 2005, were designed and built 3 hydrographic vessels on the Ministry of Transport order
In 2006, Alexander Sagaydakov founded "Black Sea Yachts shipyard", geographically located in the same place where earlier was "Low-tonnage Nikolaev shipyard", and was continuing to build sailing and motor yachts from steel and aluminum.
In the same 2006 the sailing yacht "Sonata" 20 meters long was constructed.
In 2007 - a steel sailing yacht «Red Star» 20 m long according to the project BSY 200S.
In 2008 it was laid and the construction of two sailing yachts and one motor.
In 2010, was launched the motor yacht "Magic Light" 17 m long, a project BSY 57.
In 2012 - was finished the construction of displacement motor yacht of 24 meters length BSY 80 "ARSI".
In 2013, the new 25 meters length motor yacht "Falcon" was set off into the first voyage.
In 2014 - was built and launched the steel sailing yacht "S" 20.6 meters long (BSY 67)
In 2015 was launched of a new 30 meters length motor yacht from aluminum alloy - BSY 98
In 2015 also started the construction of motor yachts 27 meters long - BSY 90. The descent took place in 2016
